Description Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in preparing detailed medical summaries and chronologies to support attorneys through all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and be highly skilled in organizing and reviewing discovery, drafting legal materials, conducting research, preparing trial exhibits, and assisting in trial proceedings. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and electronic discovery tools is required, with TrialDirector and IPro experience preferred. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. • At least 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or legal assistant. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF tools, as well as calendaring applications. • Familiarity with electronic discovery tools and software is essential. • Experience with TrialDirector and IPro software is highly preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. • High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with attorneys and clients.
