Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Paralegal** to work at a facility in **New York, NY.** These are _registry_ positions with our company. **Pay Rate:** $25 / hour *W2 **Shift details:** + M-F 37.5 hours per week 1. Minimum Candidate Qualifications: The candidate must have a minimum of: a. Paralegal Certificate b. Two years of experience in Project Management c. Eligible to work in New York State 2. Job Description and Required Services: Assists Client Climate Division by researching legal precedent, investigating facts, or preparing documents. The Paralegal is also expected to conduct research to support the Climate Division in its projects and day to day functions. As part of this responsibility, the Paralegal must have experience managing schedules, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This includes creating and updating project timelines, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars. In addition, the candidate must possess the following skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
