Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for a Junior Paralegal for their client in Ontanario Canada.
In this role, the Paralegal will support the implementation of a contract management system, collating existing company-wide contracts and creating or enhancing a central storage system for both electronic versions and original contracts.
Provide general support to the Legal Directors, and support the corporate and claims (litigation) aspects of the daily functions of the Legal department.
Responsibilities:
Update and maintain consolidated summary of all company-wide contracts.
• Establish or enhance central contract storage system for electronic and hard copy contracts, to
achieve uniformity, and to allow for quick turnaround of comments and reviews.
• Work well with and collaborate with other functional areas to identify and document gap analysis
to include existing providers and clients.
• Implement action plan to close the gaps identified and resolved.
• Assist with the creation and review of new or renewed contracts.
• Manage legal requirements and processes for travel agent and broker agreements.
• Support Litigation through system updates, file drafts and preparation, and claim investigation.
• Manage projects on an ad hoc basis.

Skills and Requirements
College Diploma/Degree, ideally coupled with work experience gained through student/Co-op
placements in a Legal/related function.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to their completion within the
parameter of instructions given and prescribed routines.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and multi-task.
• Strong organizational, time management and documentation skills.
