Raymour & Flanigan’s Legal Department is seeking a dynamic and experienced Paralegal to join our expanding team. This is not your typical paralegal role — you'll play a key part in supporting complex corporate transactions and commercial real estate deals that fuel our company’s continued growth across the Northeast U.S.

You’ll be a trusted advisor and problem-solver, not just a support resource. As the primary point of contact for many of the transactions you manage, you'll work directly with seasoned attorneys, business leaders, and external stakeholders on interesting and complex matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage corporate governance matters, commercial real estate transactions, and contract workflows. Coordinate and manage commercial real estate loan closings, including working with lenders, title companies, and external counsel. Draft, review, and organize key legal documents including: Corporate formation and governance documents Loan documentation and UCC filings Commercial leases (lease abstracting experience a plus) Title documentation and closing checklists Create and maintain a portfolio of corporate entities and ensure compliance requirements are met. Assist in digital document organization and legal file management. Conduct legal due diligence and help manage critical timelines.Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field OR a relevant combination of education and work experience Experience: Minimum 5+ years in corporate law and commercial real estate legal support Demonstrated experience managing high-stakes transactions with accuracy and limited oversight Strong working knowledge of corporate legal structures, commercial lending practices, and real estate law Skills: Excellent drafting and contract review capabilities Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines Effective communicator with the ability to interface with executives, legal counsel, and external partners Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a business-focused approach to legal support Certification: Paralegal certification (preferred)Raymour & Flanigan proudly supports a drug and smoke-free work environment.
