Litigation Paralegal - Chicago, IL (Hybrid, 1 day WFH, After Training)
Location: Downtown Chicago | Schedule: M-F, 9AM-5PM
Salary: $50K-$65K (flexible depending on experience)

Beacon Hill is looking for a Paralegal to join a growing plaintiff personal injury and real estate firm! Ideal candidates have 1+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) and strong communication skills. Personality and adaptability are key!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial client interviews and schedule intakes with attorneys

Summarize medical records and bills

Manage deadlines, draft legal correspondence, and maintain case files

Open insurance claims and communicate with adjusters

Support pre-suit investigations, including evidence gathering

Draft and issue demand letters

Assist with discovery and court filings (motions, pleadings, complaints)

What They're Looking For:

A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Someone who can handle a high-energy, fast-paced desk with confidence

An adaptable and personable individual - culture fit is more important than having the exact experience

Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus but not required

Must be able to commute to the Chicago Loop (hybrid schedule offered after training)
