**Job Description** Paragon Production and Spares Operations Program Management Lead. Responsible for overseeing and managing all Cost Account, Affordability and Delivery aspects of the Manufacturing and Operations project. Primary role will include preparing and managing the project execution plan, status of budgets, management of the schedule / on-time delivery as well as preparing status reports for the customer. This role will also provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team as well as guidance/mentorship to a junior level Operations Program Manager in support of Paragon. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** -Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of work experience or equivalent experience -Ability and willingness to train, mentor and lead a junior level OPM -Affordability / Cost Takeout experience **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
