Novato Unified School District (NUSD) has approximately 800 staff members who, along with the larger school community, are responsible for the education of 7,400 students. We have eight elementary schools, including one dual-language immersion, one TK-8 school, two middle schools, and two comprehensive high schools. Job Summary Job SummaryNovato Unified School District is seeking a Paraeducator II for our Early Intervention (EI) program. This position is 6 hours per day, 5 days per week and it offers Kaiser, Delta Dental/Vision Services Plan and California Public Retirement System (CalPERS), paid holidays and sick leave. Novato is a suburb located in north Marin County, with a population of approximately 53,000. We are a close-knit community, with a number of our population being lifelong citizens. Many of our NUSD parents attended Novato schools themselves. Our community is known for its more than 3,600 acres of open space, which include a number of popular hiking and biking trails.
