Parad. Job Summary: Under the direction of the Site Administrator, reinforce instruction to individual or small groups of students in a classroom or assigned learning environment; tutor students in specific areas of reading intervention, language, and math, and possibly in conjunction with a computer-based tutorial program; assist in the preparation of instructional materials and implementation of lesson plans; perform routine clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel. Yard Duty Job Summary: Interact positively with students. Oversee and supervise the conduct, safety, and welfare of children within a cafeteria, lunchroom, playground, or other areas as assigned. Enforce campus rules and regulations; inform students of acceptable school behavior in a positive manner. Communicate with students, administrators, and staff concerning student behavior and assigned activities; report incidents involving students to school administrators and complete required accident or incident forms. Utilize school site positive behavior protocols.
