2:00pm-11:00pm

Pay: $24.40 with $1.00 2nd Shift differential

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists operations supervisor in making sure all lines are obtaining performance goals in their department including quality, yields, efficiency, supply waste, etc. The incumbent will be responsible for keeping production lines running. Assists operations supervisor in determining opportunities to improve overall performance of the department. This may include presenting and acting upon ideas of better work methods or staffing of personnel to maximize efficiencies. Is responsible for educating new employees on the safety, quality, and process requirements of various positions. This would include training on the personal protective equipment required, machine hazards, fork-lift traffic, quality specification of products, etc. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18 years old Must be willing to work overtime and weekends Must be authorized to work in the United States 1 year of consistent work history at a food manufacturing or production facility as a coordinator or line lead English Bilingual Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
