Starting Wage: $29.20 + $2.30 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift 4:48pm-3:18am Monday- Thursday+ overtime

Location: Faribault South, MN

What you will do: 

All members are required to move within the area to coordinate the workflow to meet production needs. Administers the Kan Ban and Visual Reorder System. Follows proper procedures and work instructions. Sets up and operates fabricating machines within the area such as brake, punch press and tox. Performs gasketing and assembles panels. Trains new members on the various machines, procedures and work instructions. Must exhibit the ability to work well with others in a team environment and make sound decisions regarding workflow. Must be able to perform all aspects of the job with efficiency to meet production standards of quality and performance. Must exhibit attention to detail with a focus on quality work. All other duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Ability to operate hand tools Ability to read and understand written English 

Preferred Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience
