**Job Title: Panel Builder** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Panel Builder to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 3 months of hands-on experience in the electrical or mechanical panel building industry who are ready to take the next step in their career. **Responsibilities** + Assemble electrical or mechanical panels according to schematics, blueprints, and layout drawings. + Install completed panels at customer sites, ensuring proper fit, function, and safety compliance. + Wire and connect components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks. + Test and troubleshoot assembled panels to ensure operational integrity before installation. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 3 months of experience in panel building, electrical assembly, or a related field. + Basic understanding of electrical wiring and mechanical assembly. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams. + Comfortable working with hand and power tools. + Willingness to travel to customer sites for installations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with field installations or customer-facing work. + Familiarity with UL standards and industrial control panels. + Understanding of electrical codes. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where quality and attention to detail are highly valued. If performance meets expectations, there is potential for contract extension and possible conversion to a permanent position. The role will involve traveling to customer sites for installations, offering a diverse and engaging work experience. Mileage will be compensated for travel. **Job Type & Location** This is a position based out of Noblesville, Indiana **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
