We are seeking skilled electrical assemblers for the 1st shift to construct electrical control panels and cabinets for industrial applications. The role involves using hand and power tools to assemble various components and interpreting blueprints and schematics to meet diverse customer needs.
ResponsibilitiesBuild electrical or electronic systems and support structures.Install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings.Utilize rivets, bolts, soldering, or micro-welding equipment.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.Operate hand and power tools for assembly tasks.Remain active on your feet for the majority of the shift.Essential SkillsProficiency in assembly and use of hand and power tools.Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.Less than 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, production, or assembly line work.Capability to lift up to 45-50 pounds.Experience with cutting, drilling, tapping, and welding steel is advantageous.Candidates with at least a two-year degree in electronic engineering from an accredited trade school are highly preferredWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a very clean and well-lit facility that is climate-controlled during both summer and winter months. The facility is newer, organized, and promotes a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. The role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
