IQVIA is seeking a proactive and detail-orientedPanel Administrator Specialistto oversee the daily operations of our field-based Data Collection team. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality data collection through strong relationships with healthcare professionals and efficient project coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit physicians and primary healthcare professionals to participate in data collection initiatives.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals.
Act as a brand ambassador for IQVIA, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
Conduct interviews in the local language to gather primary data.
Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff on ongoing projects and studies.
Serve as the main internal point of contact for healthcare professional queries
Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and time tracking.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, speed, and efficiency to ensure client satisfaction.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (required)
1–2 years of experience in Primary Market Research (required)
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills
