What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to pharmacies and physicians using established recruitment strategies.Promote participation in ongoing syndicated panels, ensuring adherence to recruitment and data collection standards.Conduct follow-up calls to maximize data return and panel engagement.Handle incoming inquiries from panel members, escalating complex issues when needed.Distribute and manage both physical and electronic data collection materials.Educate and motivate panel participants to comply with study protocols.Process and resolve panel incentive payments within defined guidelines.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data quality issues.Support special research projects and maintain accurate supplier records.

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).3+ years of experience in medical market research, especially outbound B2B research with healthcare professionals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).Strong communication and persuasion skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
