Responsibilities Second Shift: Full time 2:30pm - 12am JOB SUMMARY We’re looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Robotic Palletizing Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating and monitoring robotic palletizing machines that sort and stack cases of egg patties and omelets. Your work ensures that products are accurately organized and ready for distribution—making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and food safety. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Follow all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) procedures. Take personal responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and food safety standards. Operate robotic palletizing machines to stack cases accurately by product SKU and production line. Wrap full pallets and ensure they are properly indexed. Enter accurate data into the SAP system. Communicate regularly with team leads and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Keep workstations stocked with pallets, slip sheets, and other necessary materials. Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment. Inspect products for quality and take corrective action when needed. Manually stack cases when required. Maintain a clean and organized palletizing area. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and SQF Level 3 standards to ensure food safety and product quality. Foster a positive work environment through respectful communication and teamwork. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to read and understand basic instructions and communicate effectively in small group settings. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and understanding of fractions and percentages. Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram instructions and solve routine problems. Valid driver’s license. PIT and LOTO certifications (or willingness to obtain). PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Ability to safely lift up to 55 lbs. (with assistance when needed) and up to 30 lbs. repeatedly. Comfortable working independently and in a cold indoor environment. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheet and word processing software. Ability to climb stairs and wear required PPE. Experience operating robotic or automated equipment is a plus. Willingness to obtain PIT certification and follow all safety procedures related to robotic palletizing equipment. A combination of education and experience that supports success in this role.
