McCain Foods (Canada) is seeking a Palletizer Operator to join our Fry Plant facility in Grand Falls, NB. Please note, this position is physically demanding and requires working 12-hour rotating shifts, on a 4-on 4-off basis (2 days, 2 nights). This position operates in a fast-paced, dynamic, and noisy environment that demands a high level of alertness and adaptability. The role involves regular walking, standing, bending, and lifting items up to 35 to 40lbs. Applicants should be comfortable working amid substantial sensory input and able to maintain focus and productivity during extended shifts. The ideal candidate will be dependable, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and possess the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team in a busy manufacturing environment.
To accurately complete pallet and case counts as needed for production. To break other operators for scheduled breaks or as required.To take care of process orders for packaging.Advises supervision of any safety issues within their work environment.All other duties as assigned by Plant Shift Supervisor.
Basic computer skills would be an asset.Must have good mathematical skills and complete production forms accurately and neatly.Good verbal and written communication skills.Must possess a good safety record and demonstrate “safety first” on a continual basis.

Compensation Package: - Starting at23.25 CAD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
