If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact and being part of a team that values quality, community, and the health of future generations, we’d love to meet you. **General Job Duties:** + Operate the palletizer in a safe and efficient manner + Complete and document QC sampling requirements (take lab samples as needed). + Document damaged cases that need to be dumped. + Complete assigned sanitation responsibilities and document as required by the Master Sanitation Progream to maintain area sanitation requirements. + Keep accurate records of downtime reports, production pallet reports and pallet tickets for each production run. + Maintain proper distribution of finished product from packaging room to cooler or trucks. + Be a company certified user of material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, high lifts and barrel trucks. + Maintain proper amount of material for scheduled production run associated with palletizer. (Pallets, wrap, etc.). + Assist other palletizer operators as needed. + Bale cardboard as needed. + Perform any other duties as designated by supervisor and/or management. **BENEFITS:** + Union Health Benefits: Medical HMO/PPO, Dental, Vision + Full Pension paid by the Union. + Paid Holidays + Paid Vacation + Sick Pay **Requirements** Education and Experience + High school diploma or equivalent preferred + Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred + Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities + Able to follow directions and carry out instructions + Able to effectively work in a team environment + Able to legibly write entries for record keeping + Able to work in a fast-paced environment + Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals + Must be able to read, write and speak English An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans **Pay Range** 31.39
