The team evaluates, develops, and industrializes new emerging technologies to guarantee the best performances of the new Energy Transition products enriching Baker Hughes portfolio. The internal coating and materials laboratories and the strong collaborations with external research centers and universities allows to effectively address the challenges of the new products development.

As a Painting Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Defining and improving internal standards for painting processes. Qualifying and supporting external suppliers to ensure top-quality coatings. Troubleshooting and resolving non-conformities and deviations in coating applications. Acting as a subject matter expert during ITO (Inquiry to Order) and OTR (Order to Remittance) phases.To be successful in this role you will:
Have a technical diploma or higher education in a relevant field. Have solid experience in industrial painting processes. Have knowledge of corrosion, coating materials, and testing methods. Familiarity with other coating techniques (e.g., plating, thermal spray) is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English. Have a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently. Be willing to travel internationally. Certifications like AMPP Level II are a plus, but not a must, we value experience and practical knowledge just as much.Work in a way that works for you
