**Job Title: Production Painter Helper** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team in the manufacturing industry, where you will assist in the production of diamond blades and core bits for construction, stone, and mining industries. This role involves painting and preparing parts to meet our high-quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Paint parts and cover molds as specified. + Read job orders to determine the required paint colors for blades. + Mix paint using acetone and water, and determine the number of colors needed. + Use a spray gun to paint the blades. + Read, understand, and perform duties based on training, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and job orders. + Inspect materials being produced or packed and perform required tests as defined in standard operating procedures. + Communicate effectively and report any problems to the supervisor. + Meet production goals in a timely manner, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. + Perform inspections of materials being produced as defined in standard operating procedures. **Essential Skills** + No paint experience required, but is a huge plus. + 1+ year of production or construction experience. + Able to adhere to strict PPE guidelines (gloves, safety glasses, steel-toed boots). + Experience with paint prep, industrial painting, spray gun usage, and general labor. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable working with paint and acetone. + Willingness to get hands-on and potentially dirty. + Own a pair of steel-toed boots. **Why Work Here?** Employees are offered a pathway to permanent employment based on performance.
