**Painter**
The Painter plays a vital role in preparing and painting industrial pumps and accessory equipment, ensuring optimal paint adhesion and overall appearance through the correct use of paint mixtures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare and apply the appropriate paint mixtures to industrial pumps and accessory equipment.
+ Operate electrostatic paint application equipment effectively.
+ Maintain and care for paint equipment to ensure continued functionality.
+ Demonstrate knowledge of paint booth equipment and adhere to proper housekeeping procedures.
+ Use safety equipment, including respirators, to maintain a safe working environment.
+ Operate and utilize basic hand tools efficiently.
+ Apply general mechanical aptitude to all tasks.
+ Safely operate forklifts to move equipment as needed.
+ Follow directions effectively and contribute positively as a team player.
+ Work independently when required, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
The estimated pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. The starting pay rate is influenced by factors such as skills, experience, and work location.
