Responsibilities
Maintains and refinishes all interior and exterior facility architectural finishes and wall coverings, furniture, and equipment. Installs protective coverings on walls, doors, and door casings. Letters, stencils, and labels equipment and information boards. Finishes newly constructed items and equipment.
Qualifications
Required three-year apprentice program. Journey worker level in the paint trade with a minimum of 3 years Journeyman Painter experience is required. Manual trades skills necessary to carry out high quality architectural maintenance work. Effective communication skills desired.

Compensation range is $27.38 -$42.36 / hour based upon union contract
