**Job Title** Painter **Job Description Summary** Paint facility and equipment per prescribed standards and code. **Job Description** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: + Making sure all areas are cleaned and primed before painting. + Using the right paint codes, for different applications + Keeping brushes and tools cleaned + Checking inventory of paint and work orders REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience): High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. A valid driver's license is required to obtain a Customer Mobile Equipment License. + Able to operate a folk lift + Able to operate man-lifts WORKING CONDITIONS and/or PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
