Comfortable with using computer (email, data entry, and touch screens for equipment)
Introductory Level: Primary focus is learning the process
Successful completion of introductory period (6 months)

Essential Functions (Maximum Timeframe 6 months)
Able to properly inspect, load and unload the paint system
Able to properly prepare parts for the paint system (sanding, plugging, eye bolts, etc)
Able to load, unload and operate the burn-off oven
Understand and follow the work instructions and quality standards for the department
Have a basic understanding of documentation (examples include ISO, Windchill, Kanban, and TKSs)
Qualified Level: Primary focus is performing the essential duties of the position

Understand kanban systems and their elements (including the FIFO supermarket)
