**Job Title: Painter** Job Description Join a dynamic team specializing in residential and commercial painting projects. The role involves working on both new constructions and existing buildings, focusing primarily on interior walls but also extending to exterior painting. Utilize brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various coatings on commercial and residential facilities. Responsibilities + Perform painting functions for industrial and commercial projects. + Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray guns including HPLV Airless Sprayers. + Execute painting tasks without using tape, including airless spraying, brushing, and rolling. + Conduct prep work and clean-up on job sites. + Report to job sites and complete tasks within deadlines. Essential Skills + 2+ years of painting experience. + 1+ year of commercial painting experience. + Proficiency with prep work and job site clean-up. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with multi-family buildings. + Experience with office buildings. + Foreman experience is a plus. Why Work Here?
