**Job Title: Paint Prep Laborer** Job Description As a Paint Prep Laborer, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling vehicles for painting. Your duties will include preparing, sanding, and scuffing vehicles, performing daily preventative maintenance on painting equipment, and operating the spray gun for bed liner applications. You will follow work orders throughout the day to ensure efficient workflow. Work Environment Work in a large job shop with multiple buildings and garages, similar to a truck dealership. You will be part of a team painting, fabricating, installing, and welding in a fast-paced environment. The facility includes a showroom in the front lobby, where you will have customer interactions. Some duties require working outside to test equipment. Uniforms are provided. The shop features 3 paint booths, a sand blasting station, and a mechanical/fabrication station, working on large municipal trucks, dump trucks, and semi-trucks. Tasks often involve time-sensitive projects. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Crystal, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
