This responsibility ensures paint adhesion and functionality. Additionally, the assembler is responsible for the re-assembly and decaling of units and/or accessory equipment post-painting. **Key Responsibilities:** + Disassemble and safely store components from both newly fabricated and refurbished equipment. + Effectively mask equipment using tape and masking materials to prepare for painting. + Employ techniques such as power washing, sanding, and grinding to refurbish and repaint equipment. + Reassemble equipment and accurately apply vinyl labels in line with production and/or customer specifications. + Operate a forklift to move equipment in and out of preparation and paint booth areas. **Compensation and Benefits:** The estimated pay range for this position is $18-22 per hour. The starting pay rate is determined by various factors, including skills, experience, and work location.
