Drive, lead, Mentor and support all material and process improvement projects in the VME Paint Team. Provide leadership in the decision-making process through pre build and launch events across vehicle lines and through IMG Plants. Managing Materials Business Across the region. Support launch engineers and resident engineers in managing build events ensuring adherence to the PAINT launch control plan and new model launch cadence. Execute and support key decisions and planning for facility changes and program planning in PAINT. Provide direction and help to develop ICA and PCA for launch issues using the AIMS deck to track concerns specifically around Paint Materials
