Paint/ Finish Supervisors Details:

Direct Hire position$55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /annuallySecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00pm to 02:00am)Direct finish/paint personnel including scheduling adherence, policy and procedure administration and documentation of all areas of responsibilitiesAdherence to the company’s quality policies, standards, and proceduresProvide workflow management, planning, mechanical expertise and analysis and training necessary to operate the department in a clean, safe, and productive mannerManage troubleshooting activity including systematic resolution of problem, coordination of team, resources and communication of progress to appropriate management, always ensuring that the customer needs are metReview daily production log while ensuring that the production schedule is being followed and metCommunicate and motivate to maintain and improve personnel performance through listening skills, meeting skills, appraisals, progressive discipline and quality practices

Paint/ Finish Supervisors Qualifications:

2 years of Supervisory experience is a mustExperience in trailer manufacturing a plusGood written and verbal communication skills.
