Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the paint and body shop, including scheduling, workflow, and technician supervision
Lead and manage a team of body technicians, painters, and helpers, ensuring high-quality repairs and refinishing work
Inspect completed jobs to ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and customer expectations
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., parts, production, and service teams) to ensure timely project completion
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bodywork, sanding, painting, curing, and detailing
Monitor inventory levels of materials, paint, tools, and supplies; coordinate reordering as needed
Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for shop personnel
Enforce workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Maintain accurate records of work orders, time tracking, materials used, and repairs performed
Communicate with management and clients regarding job status, estimates, and timelines
Stay current with paint and body repair techniques, tools, and safety standards
Assist in budgeting and cost control for labor and materials
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Time Management & Scheduling: Skilled at managing job schedules, coordinating workflow, and meeting production deadlines.
Quality Control: Keen attention to detail to inspect and ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality benchmarks.
