The Paid Search Campaign Marketer is responsible for strategizing and executing paid search campaigns across major platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. This role requires an individual who can develop and optimize search marketing campaigns to drive measurable business results while efficiently managing marketing budgets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in campaign setup, keyword research, performance analysis, and strategic optimization. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives and continuously improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities  

Strategy & Campaign Development  

Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to drive revenue, direct response, qualified leads, and new user acquisition  

Maintain and analyze the results of Google Ad accounts to identify patterns and trends that can help improve the efficiency of our products and services  

Execute targeted campaigns using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Pmax, ensuring alignment with business objectives  

Maintain in-depth understanding of available tactics within ad programs on Google and Microsoft  

Define and own the overarching paid search strategy and deliver activation excellence across search platforms and tactics  

Develop keyword strategies based on thorough research and competitive analysis  

Support team on feed management and strategy  

Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, etc.)  

Make recommendations and implement changes to improve website efficiency and performance  

  

Performance Analysis & Optimization  

Track key metrics, identifying trends, optimizing campaigns for better performance, and providing insights to improve the effectiveness of paid search advertising strategies  

Utilize tools like Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Excel to analyze campaign performance  

Measure performance soon after implementation to understand the full impact of ad formats like Responsive Search Ads  

Create and optimize landing pages, following marketing best practices  

Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms  

Continuously test creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page alignment  

Measure and report performance of website traffic and all digital marketing  

Provide recommendations and next steps based on insights or learnings derived from optimization efforts  

  

What We Are Looking For:  

3+ years of experience in paid search marketing with demonstrated success in campaign management  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Google Analytics  

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI  

Business acumen to work closely with teams to identify and fully understand business needs and campaign performance objectives  

Excellent communication and presentation skills  

Adaptable with strong accuracy and attention to detail  

Detail-oriented analytical skills and high-quality communication skills  

Experience with multiple bid strategies and campaign types  

Ability to gather research and data needed to formulate tactical plan development  

  

Preferred Qualifications:  

Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications  

SEO, PPC, or digital marketing experience beyond paid search  

Experience developing annual budget planning and KPI setting  

Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
