Paid Media Strategist

Publishers Clearing House (PCH) is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to join our marketing team. This hybrid role is perfect for a digital campaign strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance-based advertising across Meta, Google, Email, and other digital platforms. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving B2C growth through digital advertising, is highly analytical, and understands the full lifecycle of digital campaigns - from creative briefing to performance reporting. 

You will be responsible for campaign setup, ongoing optimization, and performance tracking to maximize ROI across web and app properties. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, development, and analytics teams, ensuring that campaigns align with KPIs and business goals. 


Responsibilities: 

Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Affiliate Partners, and email vendors.Strategize app acquisition campaigns to improve app installs, user retention, and remarketing efforts.Optimize campaigns for ROAS, utilizing A/B testing, audience segmentation, and real-time performance data.Track campaign performance using UTM parameters, query strings, and platform analytics.Coordinate with creative and web teams to manage ad asset development, landing page creation, and promo-specific requirements.Manage the user acquisition promotional calendar, aligning campaign launches with key business initiatives.Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Excel, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Prepare campaigns for flight changes and dynamically adjust timelines and budgets as needed.Present performance results and strategies to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.Support creative testing to determine top-performing messaging, formats, and calls to action.Collaborate with affiliate marketing team when applicable to align campaign strategies and tracking.

 

Requirements: 

Bachelors Degree requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in a B2C environment.Proven expertise managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.Strong understanding of ROAS optimization and performance-based advertising.Proficiency with tracking methodologies, including UTM codes, query strings, and platform pixels.Experience with Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and trend analysis).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.Experience coordinating with creative and technical teams.Prior experience with affiliate marketing is a plus.Prior experience in paid app acquisition is a plus.Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with 2–3 days/week in-office (NYC).

This is a hybrid position, working 2-3 days a week in our New York City headquarters. Candidates must reside in the NY tri-state area.

The salary range for this position is $55,000- $65,000 per year. The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified.
