WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Paid Media Specialist, you drive effective local media activation by setting goals, defining audiences, and choosing the right channels — ensuring strong campaign execution and continuous optimization.
Set clear goals, define target audiences, and select the most suitable platforms and channels for your marketsOwn day-to-day execution of local paid media channels not managed globally (e.g., Line, KakaoTalk, and other market-specific platforms), executing campaigns in line with media plans and budget allocationManage campaign setup, targeting, trafficking, pacing, and optimization in collaboration with local media agencies where relevantMonitor channel performance and proactively suggest optimizations to the Paid Media Lead based on results and local insightsEnsure campaigns are activated in line with global KPI frameworks, best practices, and reporting standardsProvide structured performance updates and input to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll work closely with the Paid Media Lead, and the broader marketing team, collaborating with media agency partners and cross-functional contributors to ensure aligned and impactful media activation across markets.
This role will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldBring 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid social and local media channelsHave strong knowledge of paid media channels, particularly social media platforms, and experience managing campaigns in social, search, or local paid mediaAre analytical and structured, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
