Paid Media Specialist, Region Central Europe (m/f/d)

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Paid Media Specialist, you play a key role in creating customer-centric communication plans across paid media channels. You will drive omni-channel sales performance and strengthen the brand by aligning with cross-functional goals. Your responsibility is to support customer development and ensure profitable sales and brand growth in the local market through relevant paid media activities, in close collaboration with the global paid media team.

You will:

Plan and execute paid media campaigns aligned with market strategy, goals, and budget.Define target audiences, select suitable platforms, and create full-funnel media plans that support overall marketing objectives.Collaborate closely with regional and global sales teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure efficient and profitable channel activation and performance.Monitor and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve both sales and brand objectives.Analyze performance metrics, forecast results, and provide actionable recommendations based on trends and customer behavior.Drive customer growth and retention by leveraging locally relevant paid media channels and insights.Ensure accurate budget planning and reporting, and continuously improve media efficiencies.

 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Customer Activation & Marketing function creates seamless and inspiring journeys that attract new customers, increase traffic (digital and physical), and elevate our brand. We work cross-functionally to translate data and insights into holistic plans—from communication and campaigns to membership strategies.

The Media function drives customer engagement, brand growth, and sales through impactful strategies across paid, performance, and owned channels.

 

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

Minimum three years of professional experience in paid media, digital marketing, or related areas.Proven ability to set and optimize large-scale media budgets effectively.Tactical experience in driving brand and customer growth across diverse target groups, ideally within relevant local markets.Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with key digital channels, as well as (D)OOH and CTV in the region.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and measure ROI and incrementality.
