WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Paid Media Manager you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the paid media strategy for the Region. You’ll create a data-driven paid media strategy with your media agency to maximize marketing budget and regional growth, driven by global guidelines.
You will:
Develop and implement paid brand media comprehensive strategies across all countries of Region EastIdentify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the campaigns.Stay updated on the latest paid media trends, advertising platforms, and industry best practicesCreate and present detailed media plans, including targeting strategies and budget breakdowns.Utilize data analytics and performance insights to optimize media plans and targeting parameters.Prepare regular performance reports and analysis, providing key insights to stakeholders and presenting actionable recommendations.Support and mentor internal teams, providing guidance and mentorship.Secure a paid channel perspective throughout the planning process.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll work closely with Customer Activation & Marketing teams and Omni Sales Teams to ensure successful campaign implementation, optimization, and performance measurement across various paid media channels. You’ll collaborate also with PR team (to maximize PR initiatives and partnerships in the region), performance media lead (to drive synergy of brand & performance investment) and content operations team (to secure the right content in the right place at the right time for the customer and provide a feedback loop to the insights unit and global content teams).

This is a full-time role, based on a local contract (maternity cover) in Warsaw, Poland. The Paid Media Manager is part of Customer Activation Department and reports to Head of Customer Activation & Marketing.
