Paid Media Manager, Amazon Freight & Amazon Shipping
We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to drive media buying and optimization across both Performance and Brand channels for Amazon Freight & Shipping in the US. This position will require strong skills in all areas of paid marketing (e.g., Media planning, buying and optimization, execution and performance reporting).

As a paid media manager, you will be responsible for driving paid performance KPI's, bringing new innovative ideas, and implementing them successfully at every stage of the process from planning, sourcing, QA, and optimization.

You will leverage tools, processes, and partnerships required to bring your program and campaigns to life. Using internal and industry data to recommend and execute paid marketing plans across digital performance paid channels (e.g. Google, LinkedIn, programmatic etc.) that delight customers, drive awareness and traffic to our website and conversions.

The successful candidate for this role has experience driving cross-functional performance digital media programs, making data-driven decisions, and influencing others.

You are a self-starter and possess strong analytical skills and thrive working among a broad, diverse set of stakeholders. You leverage strong organizational and project management skills and have a track record of delivering quality work.

You have a passion for testing and scaling learnings beyond your immediate team, and the ability to deliver results through performance marketing initiatives.

You work backwards from the customer, apply innovative thinking and dive deep to identify and mitigate gaps.


Key job responsibilities
Manage end-to-end paid marketing execution for performance channels - Partner with BI, marketing ops, finance, and Amazon central channel teams to optimize campaigns and deliver efficiency gains.

Monitor and analyze paid media metrics to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, maximize audience engagement, and develop new metrics to demonstrate value and business impact of our media tactics.

Report on paid marketing efficacy (scale and efficiency) based on the media mix, conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed goals, and report on progress to goals with senior leadership.

You should be comfortable with change, embrace the opportunity to wear many hats, and relish the chance to solve hard problems in short order.

Experience with hands on media planning, buying and optimization is a must.
