WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Paid Media Lead, you will own full‑funnel paid media planning, activation and optimization across global and local channels. You align media strategy with commercial goals, ensuring high‑quality execution, strong performance and clear ROI across channels. You will lead agency collaboration, manage media budgets, and drive continuous performance improvements through structured reviews, optimization and close cross‑functional coordination. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market, consisting of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.
You will:
Lead full‑funnel paid media planning (global and local channels) in line with the marketing calendar and QCP process.Align paid media plans with commercial plans and priorities.Lead activation and ongoing performance follow‑up of local paid media channels.Collaborate with Global Media Optimization Lead to optimize global media channels.Lead full‑funnel paid media Monthly and Quarterly Reviews in the Sales Market.Drive and follow up on paid media investments, performance and results for the Sales Market.Manage onboarding, governance and performance reviews of local media agencies in line with global frameworks.Secure high‑quality tactical execution of local channel activation in close collaboration with agencies and global media teams.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This is a full-time role based on a local contract in Prague, Czech Republic. The Paid Media Lead reports to Marketing Manager.
