Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Intern to support our team in maintaining and developing the Client Software Catalog. This role is a great opportunity for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in an international IT environment, learn how software and applications are managed within a large organization, and work closely with various internal teams. You will be involved in real tasks, supported by experienced colleagues, and have the chance to build a solid foundation for your future career in IT.

Your Tasks:

Support in maintaining and updating the Client Software CatalogAdd new software entries based on user requestsUpdate existing catalog entries according to change requests (RFCs)Check software data for accuracy and completenessCommunicate with users to clarify information and provide status updatesCooperate with internal teams such as Application Release Management and Software Product Managers to support their daily workInform the Export Control team about newly added software entries and collect their feedback

QualificationsCurrent Student Basic understanding of IT environmentGood organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work with documentation and structured dataBasic knowledge of common office toolsGood communication skillsAbility to manage several tasks at the same time and meet deadlinesProactive attitude and willingness to learnFluent English (written and spoken)
