About the Role:

Are you passionate about learning, communication, and digital transformation? Join our global team as an Intern for our Bosch Digital Academy, where you’ll work at the intersection of people, processes, and innovation. This is your chance to help shape the future of upskilling and learning culture at Bosch, supporting key strategic initiatives with a global impact.

Your Responsibilities:

As part of the team, you will:

Shape Learning Culture & Branding

Contribute to the design and implementation of a new global concept and related initiatives that foster a positive learning culture at Bosch Digital;Support modern communication and internal branding for the Bosch Digital Academy;Assist with the rollout of a global upskilling concept, ensuring alignment, and engagement across regions.

Drive and Support the Skill Development Processes

Assist in anchoring skill development processes across the division;Explore opportunities for process improvement through tools, automation, and AI integration.

Engage with Global Stakeholders

Collaborate with stakeholders such as internal trainers, experts and the training delivery team to deliver high end learning content to associates;Communicate key updates, share content, and gather feedback from diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

Currently pursuing a degree in Educational Science, Personnel Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field;Passion for training, learning & development, digital innovation, and communication;Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—in English; German is a plus;Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with SharePoint, Synthesia, Camtasia, or internal platforms is an advantage. Experience with LLM is a plus;A proactive mindset, reliability, and the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
