Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Intern to join our Marketing team as a Support for Administrative and Marketing activities. In this role, you will assist the team in daily operational tasks, support administrative and marketing processes, and contribute to smooth coordination within the department. It’s a great opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic, creative environment and learn how a marketing department operates from the inside.

Your responsibilities

Support for the product return process for remanufactured products (BX) including:contact with Polish customers and local service provider (via phone and email),contact with Bosch headquarter and third party in Germanycontact with internal stakeholders like sales, product managermanaging the dedicated web page www.boschbx.plmaintaining databases, marketing archives and shared resourcesfollowing proceduresParticipation in the organization of the events, customer meetings, advertising and promotion campaignsCollaboration with advertising agenciesSupport for Product Managers and Communication ManagersOther tasks related to the trade marketing, communication and product management

QualificationsCurrent second- or third-year studentYou can dedicate at least 30 hours per week to your internship with usYou are meticulous and well-organizedAttention to detail and willingness to learnStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetAbility to work with MS Office tools (Office 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)Good command of Polish and English (written and spoken)Proactiveness and a positive attitude
