Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated IT Help Desk Intern to support our daily IT operations. In this role, you will assist with fleet management, LAN support, and ticket handling, gaining hands-on experience in a real corporate IT environment while working closely with experienced specialists.
This is a great opportunity to develop technical skills, learn how IT support works in practice, and build strong communication experience.
Your responsibilities:
Support the IT Help Desk in day-to-day operationsAssist with fleet management and basic IT asset handlingProvide LAN-related support and basic network troubleshootingHandle and resolve IT support tickets under supervisionSupport end users with workplace consulting and basic IT issuesAssist with setup, handling, and maintenance of small IT equipmentEnsure timely and customer-oriented support, even under time pressureQualificationsBeing a current Student of IT fieldAvailability for work min 30h per weekBasic knowledge of LAN / networkingBasic computer hardware knowledgeFamiliarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11Basic troubleshooting skillsInterest in workplace IT support and user assistanceAbility to work with people and a customer-oriented mindsetAbility to work under time pressure and manage prioritiesFluent PolishEnglish at minimum B2 levelAdditional InformationBenefits that we offer:
