3rd- 11 PM -7 AM

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain the speed of production while performing his/her job duties. Correctly operate bagging equipment and understand settings and emergency requirements. Refer to product specifications and understand variances vs. out of spec. Understand product flow and bagging report to properly bag item. Ensure product is packaged in the correct bag  Ensure the type and size of slicing is accurate. Understand when to change bags and how to maintain the process flow while still handling bag changes. Examine the  products for quality, correct count, and proper slice, discarding product that is out of the specifications. Determine number of products going into packaging and number of bags required to package each product on the bagger. May assist from time-to-time with robot by checking robot pace and ensuring it is working correctly. Follow all GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies. Maintain cleanliness of work area.
