Position Overview:
Miller Brothers Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Laborers to join a manufacturing facility in Verona, PA. The Shipper/Packer role supports daily production and warehouse operations by preparing materials for shipment, assisting in light machine support, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle and move parts throughout the production process

Grind, count, and pack parts according to order requirements

Assist with shipping and inventory tasks

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Support machine operators with production duties

Operate saw equipment when required

Follow instructions and complete tasks independently or collaboratively

Adhere to safety and quality standards

Requirements:

Ability to lift and handle parts weighing up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Capable of standing for extended periods of time

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
