**Job Title: Packer (Temp-to-Hire)** **Location:** Swannanoa, NC **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (30-minute lunch break: 9:00 – 9:30 PM) **Pay Rate:** $ 16.50/hour **Job Summary:** We are currently hiring Packers to join our team! The main function of this role is to pack or package a wide variety of products and materials by hand. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours and long-term potential. **Key Responsibilities:** + Measure, weigh, and count products and materials. + Accurately record product, packaging, and order details on specified forms. + Load materials and products into processing equipment. + Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools. + Clean containers, supplies, and work areas with cleaning solutions and tools. + Assist in transporting packages to customer vehicles. **Required Skills:** + Strong verbal communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. + Basic problem-solving ability. + Familiarity with general equipment, policies, and procedures. + Ability to consistently lift heavy objects. **Education & Experience:** + High school diploma or GED required. + 0–2 years of related experience preferred. **Pay Details:** $16.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
