Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Operate, monitor, and maintain filling and packaging machines according to work instructions
+ Set up or adjust equipment to meet manufacturing specifications
+ Monitor the quality of output to identify or discard faulty products
+ Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
+ Follow safety practices with proper training and protective equipment provided
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience preferred
+ Ability to pass standardized cognitive company test(s)
+ Willingness to work required overtime to meet business goals
+ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
