Job Title: Packaging Associate (Entry Level)

Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Packaging Associate (Entry Level)to join our production team. In this role, you’ll be stationed at the final stage of the manufacturing process, where you’ll ensure that products are accurately counted, carefully packed, and ready for shipment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a clean, organized, and team-focused environment. You will be packing plastic straws as well as cutlery. We are hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift roles only right now paying $19 an hour.

What You’ll Do

Remove finished products from the production line and verify counts against order sheetsPack items securely into boxes for deliveryCheck in with your supervisor at the start of each shift for your daily assignmentRotate across different production lines to learn labeling, stacking, packing, and scrap handlingComplete work order forms based on the day’s productionMaintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 lbsBasic English reading and comprehension skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to count accuratelyExperience with injection molding or extrusion equipment is a plus

Cleanroom setting with required safety glassesTemperature-controlled facility for comfort year-roundPaid breaks: one 15-minute and one 30-minute per shift

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
