Join our team as a Packer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring products are packaged efficiently for shipment. We offer positions for both 1st and 3rd shifts in a quiet work environment. Your day will be dynamic, involving packing boxes according to the packing list and box size, as well as weighing, taping, labeling, and palletizing them for shipment. You will move between various tasks to ensure variety in your daily routine.

ResponsibilitiesPack products into boxes according to the packing list and box size.Weigh, tape, and label boxes accurately.Palletize boxes for shipment.Rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks throughout the day.Essential SkillsAbility to work well with others.High School Education.Ideally 6 months of Warehouse, Picking, or Packing experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School degree is a must.Good communication skills.Good job history, with at least 1.5 years at a single company recently.Ability to follow written work instructions in English.Must be able to pass a safety test after watching a safety video.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work in a warehouse environment with shifts available as follows: 1st Shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 2nd Shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and 3rd Shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Safety is a priority, requiring steel-toed boots, safety gloves, and glasses.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.40/hr.
