**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Packer where you will play a crucial role on the production line. Your responsibilities will include packaging food products, organizing them into totes, and preparing them for shipment to various facilities. You will be instrumental in ensuring the production floor remains clean and sanitized, and your keen attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical in maintaining inventory accuracy. Minimal computer usage is required, allowing you to focus on hands-on tasks. **Responsibilities** + Package food products and organize them into totes. + Prepare packages for shipment to facilities in Madison, Dubuque, IA, and Rockford. + Palletize totes and dispose of cardboard waste. + Maintain a clean and sanitized production area. + Keep track of inventory with high attention to detail. **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail. + Good organizational skills. + Ability to lift 40+ pounds. + Basic math skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in packaging and inventory management. + Skills in picking and loading. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k with a 3% match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 11 paid holidays (9 recognized, 2 of your choice), and both sick and vacation pay. The role involves working with food and beverages, requiring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Madison, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
