Job DescriptionAbout the role
The Packaging Technologist role supports the production of finished products by carrying out routine manufacturing and packaging activities in a GMP-regulated environment. This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates looking to build a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing and develop technical skills on the shop floor.
It is a fixed term role for 11 months.
How You Will Contribute:
Perform routine manufacturing and packaging activities in line with SOPs and GMP requirementsAssemble components and package finished products accurately and efficientlyOperate, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting on manufacturing and packaging equipmentApply basic quality checks and report deviations or issues promptlyFollow EHS standards to ensure a safe working environmentSupport routine equipment maintenance and cleaning activitiesWork collaboratively within the team and participate in shift handoversUse basic arithmetic for production and packaging calculationsOperate forklifts or other material-handling equipment, as requiredSupport production schedules and understand their impact on operationsWhat You Bring to Takeda:
