Sau khi nhận file thiết kế từ bộ phận Maketing, tiến hành xin báo giá từ Nhà Cung Cấp & gửi Trưởng phòng mua hàng duyệt giá./ _After receiving the design file from the Marketing department, please apply for a quote from Supplier & send to the Purchasing Manager for price approval._ 3 _._ Liên hệ Nhà Cung Cấp về việc xác nhận đơn hàng và thời gian giao hàng, trả hàng không đạt chất lượng, báo thời gian về cho các bộ phận Kế Hoạch./ _Contact Supplier to confirm the order and delivery time, unqualified return, report the time to the Planning department._ 4 _._ Chuẩn bị bao bì mới kịp thời cho các sản phẩm mới./ _Prepare new packaging in time for new products_ 5. Tìm Nhà cung cấp mới, đảm bảo nguồn hàng cung cấp ổn định không làm gián đoạn Kế hoạch sản xuất khi NCC cũ không kịp Cung ứng./ _Finding a new supplier, ensuring a stable supply of goods does not interrupt the production plan when the old NCC fails to supply._ 6. Làm các báo cáo bao bì cho Finance, QA, RA./ _Making packaging reports for Finance, QA, RA_ 7. Cung cấp các thông tin, chứng từ về bao bì để Kho nhận hàng, theo dõi bao bì về để kịp tiến độ sản xuất./ _Provide information and documents about the packaging to the Warehouse, Track the packaging to keep up with the production schedule._ 8. Áp dụng triệt để qui định của QA về bao bì cấp I (COA giấy nhôm, chai, PVC, PVDC)./ _Strictly apply QA regulations on primary packaging (aluminum foil, bottle, PVC, PVDC)_ 9 _._ Hỗ trợ QA hoàn tất đánh giá Nhà Cung cấp trước khi sử dụng Bao bì, bao gồm: Cung cấp số lượng bao bì mua, địa chỉ NSX cho việc Audit -onsite với NSX bao bì và hối thúc NSX bao bì hoàn tất bảng Quality Questionaires./ _Support QA to complete Supplier assessment before using Packaging, including: Providing the number of packaging purchased, manufacturing address for Audit -onsite with Manufacturing packaging and urging Manufacturing packaging to complete Quality Questionaires._ 10. Cung ứng dịch vụ sửa chữa bảo trì cho toàn nhà máy./ _Factory repair and maintenance services._ 11. Hỗ trợ các nhân viên khác trong trong cùng bộ phận, chia sẻ thông tin, hổ trợ khi cần thiết./ _Support other employees in the same department, share information, support when necessary._ 12.
