Job Title: Packaging Operator Location: East Hanover, New Jersey Type: Contract Compensation: $25/Hour Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 6a-2:30p, M-F Responsibilities + Perform packaging operations according to customer orders and production schedules + Operate and monitor packaging equipment safely and efficiently + Inspect equipment and perform minor adjustments or repairs as needed + Safely handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with plant and environmental requirements + Stock packaging materials (pallets, labels, tape, slip sheets, etc.) + Maintain housekeeping and a clean work area + Meet production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements + Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives Qualifications + High school diploma or GED required + 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing or packaging experience preferred + Willingness to work heavy overtime, including extended daily hours and occasional Saturdays + Ability to wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, hard hat, eye protection, face shields, respirators, etc.) + Ability to work in a high-hazard industrial environment + Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements (standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders/stairs) System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
